August 16, 2011 - We were privileged to have Mr. George Monte share his vast experience on Receiver-ships. All who attended have a better knowledge and understand the working of receiver-ships. We also learned who appoints the receiver and the broker on as any commercial, industrial or investment property that goes into default. A receiver is appointed by the court.
George R. Monte is a court appointed receiver and commercial real estate broker and manager. He is the owner of Richmont Investment Property Services, Inc., located in Monrovia, California. He has all most 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a licensed Investment Advisor and holds many real estate designations and certifications.
