Lauren brings nearly 20 years of experience across development, corporate real estate, and brokerage. She specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, client representation, and 1031 exchanges across industrial, retail, office, and land assets.
Brings CCIM-level analysis and real deal-making experience to help strengthen RIAOC’s investment community.
Rose Arevalo
Rose brings commercial real estate market intelligence, technology insight, and marketing expertise to the board. As publisher of the ILS Hot Sheet, she helps CRE professionals access trusted data and useful market resources.

Mel Wagstaff
Mel has more than 40 years of experience specializing in land and commercial corner properties. A longtime RIAOC member and past president, he has helped shape many of the organization’s signature programs and events.
Brings program development, membership growth, and strong industry relationships.
M. Joel Carlson
Joel specializes in commercial investments and net leased properties throughout Orange County. With 30+ years in brokerage and 25+ years as a C.A.R. instructor, he brings deep market knowledge and a strong service mindset.
Supports RIAOC through education, leadership, and member-focused programming.
Sigal Adini
Sigal serves as Treasurer of RIAOC and brings more than 30 years of bookkeeping experience. She supports the board with financial management, reporting discipline, and organizational stewardship.
Brings sound financial oversight and responsible stewardship of RIAOC resources.
John Baker
John is a seasoned real estate attorney with more than 30 years of experience in litigation and transactional matters. His work includes title issues, easements, partitions, and loan-related legal matters.
Provides legal perspective that supports strategic planning and board decision-making.
Jon Hartowicz
Jon brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, plus a strong technology background. He has served RIAOC in multiple leadership and operational roles, including President, Secretary, Zoom host, and event tech support.
Enhances RIAOC meetings through technology while preserving continuity with the organization’s history.
Nick Lieberman
Nick has closed more than $1 billion in mortgage loan fundings and brings deep lending, capital markets, and market analysis experience. He is also known for RIAOC economic updates and marketplace commentary.

Cedric Ferrell
Cedric specializes in retail investment sales and leasing. With an MBA, commercial property training, and multiple terms on the RIAOC board, he brings entrepreneurial leadership and a collaborative approach.

Chip Julin
Chip Julin is a commercial real estate broker with KW Commercial in Southern California, specializing in investment sales and leasing. With more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Chip has worked across industrial, office, land sales, leasing, and commercial property management.
In addition to his brokerage career, Chip has served in leadership roles with several commercial real estate associations and currently serves as President of RIAOC for the 2026 calendar year. He is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions regarding their commercial real estate needs. On the RIAOC Board, Chip brings value by sharing his career experience and helping members gain practical knowledge that supports the growth of their respective careers.
